If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and any damage. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement if inventory is available. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the affected item.
Items that have been used, altered or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Orders can not be cancelled or modified once they have shipped.
